Opus Code Generation

Unlike the Component Generation tools, the Opus code generation tools generate straight forward PHP classes that are not registered to any given package. This include things such as a settings page within the admin panel to manage a package's configuration variables, a REST API endpoint, an e-mail notification controller, and so on.
